Premium Organic Matcha Duo 60g
€95,00
“Featured on On va déguster (France Inter), January 2026. Recognised among the finest matcha presented on the program.”
Crafted for daily usucha (薄茶), this Premium Organic Matcha offers a smooth, balanced cup that opens with gentle natural sweetness, followed by clean umami and a subtle, well-integrated bitterness.
Made exclusively from the Okumidori cultivar, organically grown under traditional tana-shade structures, this matcha reveals greater depth and roundness than conventionally grown Okumidori, while remaining approachable and easy to enjoy on a daily basis.
After harvesting in May, the tencha is carefully rested for approximately 6 months before being stone-milled in small batches at a deliberately slow pace, preserving aroma, texture, and clarity. This careful aging and milling process contributes to the matcha’s refined balance and clean finish.
Produced in limited quantities of 100 kg per year by one of Kyoto’s few fully JAS-certified organic tea farms, this matcha is designed as a reliable, high-quality expression for daily usucha preparation.
Preparation: Usucha (薄茶) 1,5 to 2g matcha, 70ml water at 70–80°C
Duo packaging: 1 boxed 30g matcha tin + 1 extra 30g refill pouch (pouch only, no second tin/box)
