PRE-ORDER: MUSUBI MATCHA Premium Reserve 30g – Limited to 100 units

55,00

Some things cannot be rushed, cannot be scaled and cannot be made again once the season ends.

This is one of them.

From the moment hot water meets this matcha, the colour alone tells you something is different. A vivid, luminous green, deeper than anything you’ve seen before. The first sip confirms it. A sweetness that arrives before the umami. A depth that lingers long after the bowl is empty.

This is MUSUBI MATCHA at its most refined.

What makes this matcha.

Single-cultivar Okumidori, grown under traditional “tana shading” at Nakai Organic Tea Garden in Wazuka, Kyoto. Harvested on 27th May 2026, then rested for 8 months to develop greater depth and roundness. Slowly stone-milled in late January, just 30 to 40g per hour, to preserve every note of aroma, fineness, and clarity.

JAS certified organic. Fully traceable, this matcha is exclusive to MUSUBI MATCHA in France and Italy.

100 units only. Once sold out, the next release arrives with the 2027 harvest.

Questions

How is this different from Premium Matcha? Premium Matcha is crafted for your daily ritual - smooth, balanced, effortless every morning. Premium Reserve goes further. Rested longer, milled more slowly, and produced in quantities so small that once the 100 units are gone, they are gone until 2027. It is suited for both thin and thick preparation, and offers a depth and refinement reserved for the most exceptional matcha.

Is it suitable for beginners? Yes, its natural sweetness and extraordinary balance make it accessible despite its depth. Many who try it for the first time describe it as the moment they understood what matcha really is.

Is it organic? Yes. JAS certified organic, cultivated without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, in accordance with Japanese organic farming standards.

Where is it produced? Wazuka, Kyoto - one of Japan's most respected regions for shaded tencha cultivation, and home to the Nakai family farm for over 350 years.
