MUSUBI MATCHA Premium Reserve 30g – 100 units only
75,00€
Only 100 units exist from the 2026 harvest. Grown by a single family, on a single farm, using a traditional Tana-shading and stone-milling process that cannot be rushed or scaled. Once these units are gone, this exact matcha will not be made again until the 2027 harvest.
Most matcha available in Europe today is blended from multiple harvests and farms, or grown at scale to meet demand. That approach can’t produce this colour, or this depth of flavour. What you’re looking at here is something else entirely.
Premium Reserve is single-cultivar Okumidori, grown exclusively for MUSUBI MATCHA under traditional tana shading by the Nakai family in Wazuka, Kyoto – a farm with over 350 years of cultivation history, and one of the first in Japan to convert entirely to organic farming, more than 40 years ago.
Harvested on 27th May 2026, then rested for 8 months to develop greater depth and roundness. Expected to be stone-milled in late January 2027, at just 30 to 40g per hour, to preserve every note of aroma and clarity.
JAS certified organic. Fully traceable to this single farm, this single harvest. Exclusive to MUSUBI MATCHA in France and Italy – this exact matcha is not sold anywhere else.
From the moment hot water meets this matcha, the colour alone tells you something is different, a vivid, luminous green, deeper than anything you’ve likely seen before. The first sip confirms it: a sweetness that arrives before the umami, and a depth that lingers long after the bowl is empty.
For your daily usucha ritual in the meantime, our → Premium Matcha is available now – same farm, same first harvest, ready to ship.
