This premium organic matcha is crafted for both usucha and koicha. It offers a smooth, balanced texture, with a gentle natural sweetness, a clean umami, and a refined, well-integrated bitterness.
Made exclusively from the Okumidori cultivar and grown under traditional tana shading, this matcha from Wazuka reveals depth, roundness, and elegance.
Harvest in May 2025, the tencha will be carefully aged until January, then slowly stone-ground in small batches at a rate of approximately 30 to 40 grams per hour. This process preserves its aroma, fineness, and clarity of taste.
Produce in a strictly limited quantity of 100 units. Once sold out, the next harvest will be available between late January and early February 2027.

Usucha (thin tea) — 1.5 to 2 g of matcha for 70 ml of water at 70–85°C
Koicha (thick tea) — 4 g of matcha for 30 ml of water at 70–80°C
