🥇Selected as France’s finest organic matcha by On Va Déguster, France Inter (2026)

A matcha made to be enjoyed pure.

The colour can not lie, the color is the first sign in matcha. Vivid, almost electric green – the kind that only comes from first-flush leaves, shade-grown under traditional tana shading in Wazuka, Kyoto. Smooth, naturally sweet, rich in umami. No milk needed. No compromise.

This is what real matcha tastes like.

Selected as France’s finest organic matcha by On Va Déguster, France Inter — January 2026.

What makes this matcha.

Grown by the Nakai family in Wazuka, Kyoto, organic farmers for over 350 years. Single-cultivar Okumidori, shade-grown under traditional shading, harvested on 18th May and rested for 6 months. Then slowly stone-milled in late October, just 30 to 40g per hour to preserve every note of aroma, fineness, and clarity.

Approximately 90kg produced per year – this matcha is exclusive to MUSUBI MATCHA in France and Italy.

Nothing blended. Nothing hidden. Fully traceable to the field.

  5. Amel

An exceptional quality matcha. Vibrant green, silky texture and a deep, perfectly balanced flavor. From the very first sip, you can sense the mastery and craftsmanship behind this product. It is by far the best matcha I’ve tasted in France, and the quality is so high that it is absolutely perfect prepared as usucha. A true gem.
