Name, email, postal address, phone number; order details and the pickup point you choose; account, newsletter and review data; messages you send us; technical data (IP address, device and browsing data through cookies, where you have consented). Card details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store them.

3. Why we use your data, and on what basis

  • Processing and delivering orders, customer support: contract.
  • Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.
  • Newsletter and marketing emails: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Site analytics and advertising (Meta, Google): your consent, given through the cookie banner. Advertising may involve interest-based profiling and retargeting; you can object at any time.
  • Custom audiences: we may share a hashed (encrypted) version of your email with Meta to show or exclude our ads, only where you have consented.
  • Review requests after a purchase: legitimate interest.

4. Who receives your data
Payment: WooPayments (Stripe), PayPal. Shipping: Colissimo / La Poste and Mondial Relay. Email: MailPoet. Advertising: Meta Platforms Ireland (Pixel, Conversions API, Custom Audiences), Google (Ads). Hosting: o2switch. We do not sell your data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (for example Meta, Google, Stripe, PayPal) may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention
Orders and invoices: 10 years (legal requirement). Customer data used for marketing: 3 years after your last purchase or contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Cookies: as set out in our Cookie Policy (13 months maximum).
