From the 2026 harvest, we go further.
We have entered an exclusive partnership with Nakai Organic Tea Garden – a family-owned farm in Wazuka, Kyoto, with over 40 years of organic cultivation. One of the rare producers fully JAS-certified, long before it became widely understood. From this harvest, we are their only partner in France and Italy, carrying exclusively their highest-grade matcha.
No intermediaries. Nothing blended or adjusted. Only the first harvest. The youngest leaves, the most tender parts. Matured for 6 to 12 months, then slowly stone-milled to preserve colour, depth, and tradition.

From the 2026 harvest, limited to 100 units and available in both boxed and refill formats, this exceptional grade is exclusive to MUSUBI MATCHA in France and Italy.
This is among the highest-grade JAS-certified organic matcha available in Japan. Organic single-cultivar matcha is rare, cultivated under traditional tana shading, harvested only during the first flush, and stone-milled to order in very small quantities.
