Crafted for daily usucha. It offers a vivid green color, balanced intensity and sweetness with Umami. Sourced directly to ensure full transparency through our partner tea farm, Nakai Organic Tea Garden.
This is a matcha you can enjoy your every morning/afternoon matcha ritual without compromise. Single cultivar Okumidori, shade-grown in Wazuka, Kyoto. Harvested on the 18th May, rested for six months, then slowly stone-ground in late October which can only produce 30 to 40g per hour, to preserve aroma, fineness, and clarity of taste.
Approximately 90kg produced per year, limited to every season.

For Usucha: 1.5–2g, 70ml water,  70–85°C
For koicha, we offer Premium Reserve.
