Crafted for koicha and usucha. It offers a vivid green color, balanced intensity and sweetness, with deep umami. Sourced directly to ensure full transparency through our partner tea farm, Nakai Organic Tea Garden.
This is a matcha crafted to elevate your daily morning or afternoon ritual, as well as special occasions, without compromise. Single cultivar Okumidori, traditional tana shade-grown in Wazuka, Kyoto. Harvest in May 2026, will be maturated for about 8 months, then slowly stone-ground in late January which can only produce 30 to 40g per hour, to preserve aroma, fineness, and clarity of taste.
Limited to 100 units from the 2026 harvest. Once sold out, the next release will arrive with the 2027 harvest. Shipping is expected between late January to mid February.

Preparation
For Usucha: 1.5 to 2 g of matcha for 70 ml of water at 70–85°C
For Koicha: 4 g of matcha for 30 ml of water at 70–80°C
Storage
Place in the cool, dry place. Consume promptly after opening.
